On November 26, 2025, representatives from Manila Water Foundation (MWF) and Dexterton Corporation gathered at Kapt. Jose Cardones Integrated School to formally sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), solidifying their partnership for improved sanitation initiatives. The collaboration aligns with the celebration of the United Nations’ World Toilet Day, underscoring the global call to action for safe, accessible, and dignified sanitation for all.
The event welcomed key representatives from the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS), Manila Water Taguig-Pateros, Taguig School Governance and Operations, DepEd NCR, and Dexterton Corporation. These organizations were warmly received by the school community as they joined efforts to uplift one of MWF’s identified partner communities in need.
Dexterton Corporation—a trusted provider of premium bathroom solutions in the Philippines—was represented by Solea Bath. Category Manager Ej Rotor and Brand Manager Anna Castro attended on behalf of Solea Bath, highlighting the brand’s long-term commitment to safe sanitation for all.

Marking the beginning of this partnership, Solea Bath launched a campaign that directly supports MWF’s WASH initiatives—programs focused on ensuring sustainable water access, sanitation, hygiene education, and environmental stewardship for underserved communities. Through this initiative, for every purchase of a Solea Velaris or Solea Velaris Plus Intelligent Toilet, Dexterton will donate one (1) manual water closet to a MWF partnered school. This one-for-one model allows customers to take part in improving school sanitation facilities with a Solea water closet, expanding the reach of MWF’s mission while empowering communities through better infrastructure.
At its core, this campaign reflects Solea Bath’s purpose as a brand—to elevate everyday living through thoughtfully built bathroom solutions, and to extend this value to communities that need it most. Beyond offering premium products, Solea Bath is helping create an environment where Filipino learners can study, grow, and dream with dignity.

Along with the MOA signing, partners also commemorated the rehabilitation of two restroom cubicles at Kapt. Jose Cardones Integrated School. A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the school’s renewed sanitary facilities, symbolizing the positive change that collaboration can bring.
This milestone is only one of many planned efforts that Solea Bath will continue to champion as it supports long-term improvements in school sanitation and community well-being.
