Caracole PH is part of Dexterton Corporation’s portfolio of home and lifestyle brands. With a commitment to delivering standout customer experiences, Dexterton spearheaded the website revamp with a clear vision. “It was designed with the local market in mind,” shares Caracole Brand Management, Dexterton. While inspired by the Caracole US site, Carcole.ph goes a step further, integrating features that speak directly to the needs of Filipino customers.


Among these offerings are three key service innovations: an online appointment scheduling system, access to dedicated sales designers for personalized guidance, and exclusive features tailored to registered design professionals.



The appointment scheduling system now allows customers to easily book private visits to Caracole showrooms at Dexterton BGC and Quezon City. These appointments are complemented by Sales Designers; guiding clients through a selection process based on their tastes, lifestyle, and spatial needs. “It has been made easy… to feel comfortable in selecting furniture that is reminiscent of their lifestyles,” says Caracole PH - Dexterton. “Professional Sales Designers and Furniture Specialists are ready to guide a buyer’s decision-making.”


The platform also offers exclusive features for registered design professionals. These include downloadable 3D models of Caracole furniture, showroom staging support, and on-site mock-ups to help bring design visions to life.



The project was brought to life by Dexterton’s in-house Web Development Team, who ensured that both function and form served the brand’s luxurious image. “We approached the UX with a focus on clarity and intuitive navigation,” shares the team. “On the UI side, we emphasized elegance—using clean layouts, refined typography, and ample white space to reflect the brand’s aesthetic.”



Beyond ease of use, the team focused on evoking emotion. “Even through digital or online, we wanted to give the experience of feeling inspired and aspirational—like walking into a beautifully designed home where everything just perfectly fits,” they said.


Visually, the platform is rich with lifestyle imagery that showcases Caracole’s signature aesthetic in real interiors. The site’s layout is designed to be intuitive, with furniture organized into clear categories—Living, Dining, Bedroom—while new arrivals are highlighted through a carousel above a minimalist white backdrop. A thoughtfully built search bar empowers users to quickly find specific pieces and navigate the site more efficiently.


The timing of the digital revamp is no coincidence. As Caracole PH - Dexterton explains, “Caracole US is undergoing a huge shift in their design philosophy as reflected with their latest collections. A change like this is the perfect opportunity to refresh the Caracole PH website.”


A major addition to the platform is a content-rich hub designed to keep users informed about Caracole’s latest local and global updates, trends, and collaborations. One featured segment includes professionally produced video content that highlights Caracole’s presence in notable projects—such as the Mark Bumgarner Bridal Studio collaboration with CreativSpaces’ Kim and Elaine Isip, and Bumgarner himself. This locally produced content adds a distinctly Filipino perspective to the international brand, underscoring Caracole’s growing relevance in the local design landscape.


From the outset, the Web Development Team worked closely with the brand to ensure the platform remained true to Caracole’s global identity. “Caracole’s team provided comprehensive brand assets that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in their aesthetics and values,” the team notes. Regular design reviews and collaboration helped keep every detail aligned “down to the last pixel.”



The relaunch also reflects the enduring relationship between Caracole and Dexterton—one that has grown over 15 years. “We’ve been partners, to say the least,” says Caracole PH - Dexterton. “Practically since Caracole’s inception… The trust and confidence with each other are built and developed through these 15 years.”
