The Philippine Daily Inquirer, in partnership with Ovialand Inc. and Dexterton Corporation, hosted the latest edition of Inquirer Talks entitled “Mid-Market is the Real Market” on September 28, 2024, at Dexterton’s state-of-the-art showroom in Bonifacio Global City.
This exclusive event brought together industry experts and interested audiences to explore the growing opportunities within the middle-market segment. Focusing on emerging trends and strategies, the session highlighted the importance of understanding the unique needs and dynamics of the middle market in today’s real estate landscape.

The event began with registration arranged by Ovialand followed by a welcome message by President Pammy Olivares-Vital, who was introduced to the stage by Inquirer Property Editor Tek Samaniego, the event host who set the tone for the day’s discussions.
Keynote speakers included Andoy Beltran, Business Development and Market Vice President and Head of FIRSTMETROSEC;, Sheila Lobien, CEO of Lobien Realty Group, Inc;, and Miguel Naval, Country Manager of RE/MAX Philippines.
