The United Architects of The Philippines Quezon City Chapter (UAP-QC SAGA) hosted “Speak-Easy Series: Money Is Green” on September 28, 2024, at Dexterton Corporation’s pioneer showroom in Quezon City.
UAP-QC SAGA, is a branch of the United Architects of the Philippines—a professional national organization dedicated to providing a platform for Filipino architects to collaborate, share knowledge, and promote best practices. Their spearheaded event, which had the main theme “Unlocking Financial Freedom: Real Estate Strategies to Escape the Rat Race,” highlighted the vital role that intelligent real estate navigation plays in discovering new opportunities and paths toward long-term financial stability.
The one day event was attended by industry practitioners who listened to and participated in panel discussions and interactive workshops hosted and moderated by UAP members, Ar. Ralph Jason Uyan, Ar. Franco Dominico Santiago, and Ar. Kazandra Yap-Cabigao. The summit also featured guest speakers who discussed different real estate investment strategies: “Build & Sell” by Ar. Jason Romeo Abustan, “Flipping” by Atty. Ar. Marlon Carino, “Rentals” by Ar. Ralph Jason Uyan, and “Developments” by Ar. Nestor Mangio. Another highlight of the event was a short forum held by the Bank of The Philippines Islands (BPI), where representatives answered questions about loans and insurance—a topic aligned with the event’s focus on financial freedom.
Delegates had the chance to learn more about the Dexterton Corporation through an inspiring speech made by Vice President of Operations Valerie Co, who talked about the company’s extensive line of luxury brands and products and its rich history as one of the most trusted home furnishings distributors in the Philippines. She was later joined by Sales and Brand Management Head Jariam Reyes in touring event participants through Dexterton’s Quezon City showrooms, where premium and luxury home products from well-known international brands like Caracole and Kohler are expertly displayed.
